Founded in 2015 and franchising since 2019, we’ve grown rapidly through our technology-driven model, with a national footprint and an expanding customer base. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Software Solutions Specialist to support our operational, franchise, and customer technology needs.
Position Summary
The Software Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Scenthound's expanding franchise network and internal teams by maintaining and optimizing a diverse technology ecosystem. This role supports the corporate team, franchisees and their staff, and mobile app users, and works cross-functionally with departments such as Operations and Marketing.
A key part of the role is onboarding all new franchisees, including configuring their software tools and resolving issues during their launch. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with technology, and enjoys solving problems across multiple platforms. You will also lead or contribute to quarterly initiatives under our EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and support Scenthound’s SaaS ecosystem, including platforms such as MyTime, Zoho One, Microsoft 365, LearnUpon, SquareSpace, Nextiva, SMS Magic, Verkada, Customer.io, Zapier, and our custom-built mobile/web applications
· Onboard new franchisees by configuring their software tools and supporting them through launch
· Troubleshoot and triage mobile/web app issues; coordinate with product and development teams to track bugs and communicate fixes
· Use MySQL to identify and diagnose data-related issues in our mobile and web applications
· Provision and manage user access across platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Microsoft 365)
· Support automated messaging and campaign workflows via Customer.io and SMS Magic
· Provide support for location-specific configurations in coordination with other teams
· Create and maintain internal documentation and provide training to new users as needed
· Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Marketing and Operations to support technology-related initiatives
· Manage relationships with vendors, including troubleshooting escalations and ensuring service continuity
· Contribute to company-wide initiatives (EOS "rocks") focused on process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
· Respond to internal support requests within defined service levels
Qualifications
· BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
· 2+ years in a technical operations, business systems, or support-focused role
· Experience supporting SaaS platforms and integrations in a cloud-only environment
· Familiarity with Zapier or similar low-code/no-code tools (highly preferred)
· Basic experience with MySQL (reading and writing simple queries)
· Experience supporting mobile applications and working with product/dev teams on issue resolution
· Experience with CRM and campaign automation platforms
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
· Experience working with or supporting franchise-based business models is a plus
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tools and tasks simultaneously

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
· Salary range $55,000 to $65,000 annually

LOCATION & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
· Remote or onsite if local to Jupiter, Florida (Scenthound HQ)
· Occasional travel for corporate training, annual meetings in Florida
