Please note that this is a client-facing position. We are looking for someone who is excited about supporting our end-users of The Mortgage Office software, assisting them with troubleshooting, training, and best practices for the most efficient use of The Mortgage Office.
Job Title: Software Support Specialist
Job Summary:
The Mortgage Office is looking for an enthusiastic and technically capable Technical Support Representative with intermediate Excel skills and some exposure to loan servicing or loan origination. This is an ideal role for someone eager to grow within the Fintech space.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional and helpful support.
· Troubleshoot standard issues and escalate more complex problems as needed.
· Document support issues and contribute to internal process improvements.
· Stay updated on software features and user feedback.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
· 1-2 years in a customer service or technical support role.
· Basic knowledge of loan servicing and/or loan origination.
· Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data entry, formatting).
· Eagerness to learn and grow in a tech-driven environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
