Collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams to establish clear test requirements and success metrics.

Manage defect lifecycles, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Maintain accurate test documentation—test cases, reports, and defect logs.

Stay ahead of modern testing trends, promoting their integration into embedded quality practices.

    Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in embedded systems QA (hardware + software).

Strong hands-on experience with Linux, RTOS, and C/C++ development tools.

Proficiency in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Gtest, Pytest).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and defect tracking systems.

Working knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART protocols.

Proven ability in debugging, analytical thinking, and root cause analysis.

Excellent leadership and communication skills for team collaboration.

    Preferred Qualifications

Security certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, or SANS/GIAC.

Experience with compliance/regulatory domains: ISO/SAE 21434, HIPAA, OWASP, NIST.

Exposure to automotive, defense, intelligence, law enforcement, or manufacturing industries.

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.

Japanese language proficiency (spoken, written, technical).
