    We’re looking for driven, never problems-only solutions, eager-to-learn, and dedicated real estate assistant to be the "left-hand" of the "big picture, visionary" team leader. This important position allows the team leader to stay focused on top priorities. Your job will be to have daily conversations with leads/past/current clients, schedule & show properties, host Open Houses, attend photo sessions/inspections/final walk-throughs/other appointments, and deliver marketing materials along with other miscellaneous projects. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, knows how to navigate systems, committed to learn, has a knack for customer service, is self-disciplined, and a strong work ethic, and is SERIOUS about a career in real estate. Must be a licensed or in pursue of a residential realtor license, available 40 hours per week, available to work evenings, and afternoons on the weekends. Responsibilities: • Take part in career development to strengthen existing skill set in real estate • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, general public, lenders, attorney to improve customer satisfaction rating • Experience in systems such as the MLS, CRMs, Vulcan7, Mojo • Clear, friendly communication skills with the ability to provide customer service to the general public and lead follow-up • Familiar with writing Contracts • Knows how to generate a Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA) • Organizational skills to manage scheduled Showings • Showing properties • Host Open Houses • Attend appointments such as photos/inspections, final walk-through • Deliver marketing materials • Miscellaneous projects Qualifications: • Full-time realtor • Licensed or pursuing • Clear communication skills • Organization skills • Follow process & systems • Technical skills: basics of the MLS, Google email/calendar, video conference via Zoom or Google & a customer relationship system (CRM) • Resume/DISC Assessment/Professional References • Team player who believes their team success is their success • Great communication skills, interpersonal & time management skills • Coachable • Available evening & 1/2 day on weekends Compensation: $25 hourly
