OVERVIEW
Soko Glam is seeking a Business Intelligence Intern to join our Marketing team. This role is designed for a data-savvy individual who excels in transforming complex data sets into actionable insights. The intern will focus on conducting market research, analyzing trends, and developing competitive analysis to drive strategic decisions within the beauty, retail, and CPG industries.
The Summer internship program will run from June 3, 2024 until August 23, 2024. This is a paid, full-time internship with an hourly rate of $15 and an anticipated time commitment of approximately 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Interns based in the NY metro area will have the opportunity to work out of the NYC Headquarters (hybrid role, 3x per week in office requirement).
During the internship program, participants will be paired with a supervisor who will provide them with on-the-job training and projects. The program also incorporates additional learning components focused on professional development, exposure to various functional business areas, and the opportunity to interact with senior executives. Participants will also work on a function-specific project designed to address a current company initiative and/or business gap.
Overall, the program includes on-the-job training, shadow sessions with our leaders, functional focused intern project(s), and other interesting components.
