Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will play a pivotal part in strategic planning, cross-departmental coordination, operations, business performance evaluation, and goal setting, ensuring that our company operates efficiently and effectively in achieving our mission and vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the CEO to set and execute both short-term and long-term strategic objectives, ensuring strategies are translated into actionable plans.
• Regularly assess company performance against set objectives, pinpointing areas of improvement and suggesting actionable insights.
• Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal departments, facilitating clarity and collaboration across all organizational tiers.
• Participate in senior leadership meetings, capturing critical action items and ensuring accountability through timely follow-up.
• Participate in the company's goal-setting process, aligning with the broader vision and monitoring progress towards set milestones.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, recommending process improvements to bolster overall effectiveness.
• Manage and ensure successful completion of special projects initiated by the CEO.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support company initiatives.
• Work with department heads to align their objectives with the company's overarching goals, while promoting team development initiatives.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts within the organization to ensure smooth business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA with a focus on business, strategy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ecommerce, preferably with expertise in skincare or related industries.
• Demonstrable track record of aspirational goal setting, execution, and achievement, with a preference for candidates familiar with the OKR format.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of fostering transparency and trust across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills, coupled with the agility to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Soft skills including leadership, impeccable communication, and effective goal-setting are essential.
• Permanent role with a requirement of 3-5 days in office or as directed by the CEO.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$190,000 in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The exact salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the location, complexity and scope of the role as well as the skills, education, credentials and experience or training of the candidate. Our recruiting team will be happy to elaborate more on the specifics of the salary range for you during the hiring process.
