JOB OVERVIEW

Soko Glam is looking for a highly motivated Brand Marketing Manager to work on projects aimed at creating awareness and engagement for Soko Glam. The Brand Marketing Manager will be a key contributor in driving campaign and project development for everything from process improvements to campaign management, working across the Marketing and Creative teams, as well as partnering with our Product Development and Merchandising Teams. The best candidate will have an integrated marketing skill-set, with a passion for thinking both creatively and analytically. You will be creating robust, measurable campaign and media strategies that put our customer first. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research, develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for integrated product and brand awareness campaigns
• Define measurable brand goals for each campaign; document and communicate results and learnings to ensure they are applied to future campaigns
• Research and regularly report on media landscape and best practices, working closely with our eCommerce and Performance Marketing team to identify and implement new approaches and channels for growing brand awareness
• Facilitate and manage the creation and maintenance of detailed Marketing Calendar
• Develop and execute campaign management from concept to execution; Project manage all campaign deliverables and facilitate collaboration across all functions within the marketing team to drive integration
• Spearhead brand activations and partnerships, in line with company objectives
• Oversee and manage all creative/design and photography requests
• Manage marketing-related legal and trademark matters

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years marketing, business operations experience.
• Beauty industry experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• The ideal candidate will be motivated, creative, results-orientated, and possess the ability to communicate complex ideas in ways that are simple to understand
• High energy and flexible in a constantly evolving entrepreneurial team environment
• Excels in fast-paced, high-volume and deadline-driven environment
• Proven strategic, problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Strong communication, organization, and influencing skills with impeccable attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
• High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels
• Ability to work extremely well across functions, successfully bringing people together toward common goals and to consensus
• Ability to manage multiple projects, people, and initiatives in parallel
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Go-getter: sense of urgency: Exceptional project management experience and ability to work well under pressure
• Proven ability to lead (a high performance team), build relationships, and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
