About this role:

The Solar Project Coordinator acts as the liaison between all of our departments, the customer, and third parties when applicable. Responsibilities of this role include preparing jobs for solar installation, communicating any delays, and ensuring proper activation of the system.

Position Responsibilities:

· Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational requirements for job installation

· Manage all interconnection requirements for installs

· Ensure all required documentation has been obtained and properly filed

· Create and maintain project schedules as needed

· Coordinate, manage and monitor equipment procurement, materials, and supplies

We’re looking for someone with:

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Willingness to learn and adapt

· Accuracy in data entry

· Strong computer and administrative skills, ability to learn new software platforms quickly

· Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects with unique and competing needs

· Problem solver

· Commitment to teamwork and customer service

· Solar experience preferred but not required
