ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As an SR Account Manager, you will work with contractors throughout your market to educated them on PACE loans and financing options. You will assist contractors to help sell our client's financial products to residential homeowners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Assistance to Contractors developed by Employee including tasks such as
Educating Contractors on Company’s products and services.
Verify that Contractors are eligible by obtaining contractor’s license and insurance policy information for Company, among other appropriate information and documents.
Assisting Contractors with signing their contractor agreements with Company.
Training Contractors on how to sell Company’s products and services.
Set up webinars with Contractors and companies if needed.
Manage sales process with Contractors and Customers.
Take reasonable steps to:
Educate Contractors about the eligibility requirements and related laws and regulations applicable to PACE Loans and our client.
Seek to assess and avoid situations involving “stacking” in which multiple PACE loans are obtained for the same customer on the same property before the preceding PACE loans and attendant assessments/liens have been paid, in full.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least one of sales experience with a significant track record of obtaining and exceeding sales goals
Organized and can manage dozens of prospects at once
Dedicated to advancing their sales skills
A team player that works cross-functionally with operations, sales, and external teams.
At least 2 years of sales experience with a significant track record of obtaining and exceeding sales goals
Strong math skills
Outstanding customer focus
A positive attitude and are a team player
COMPENSATION
Base Salary W2 plus commission
