ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a full-service processing solution to Mortgage Brokers Headquartered in San Luis Obispo County, California, and provides services in both California and Colorado. The company was formed with a single goal in mind – to provide the best possible option for Mortgage Brokers.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Wholesale Loan Processors receive and process mortgage loan applications for specific mortgage broker accounts. Serve as liaison between the Company and our Mortgage Broker partners, as well as between those partners and their wholesale lender relationships. Process loan applications and support the growth of our mortgage broker partners. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assuring member service is top priority whether internally or externally, treating members and employees professionally, with courtesy and respect.
• Processing mortgage loan applications from assigned wholesale mortgage broker relationships.
• Following-up with partners regarding loan status, pre-approval, qualification status, and conditions; providing compliant post close packages.
• Assisting loan officers with origination.
• Actively selling and promoting the Company’s full line of services and products
• Performing other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

·         3+ years’ experience in mortgage operations and/or lending experience, preferably in a wholesale mortgage environment

·         Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Must have a proactive attitude toward partners, supervisors, co-workers, and the Company

·         Proficiency in G Suite Applications, and various mortgage software including Doc Magic and Lending Pad, Encompass and SaaS applications.

·         Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with limited supervision, exercising own initiative and judgment

·         Proven success working in fast-paced, high volume environments.

·         Precise attention to detail

·         Fluency in English language (written, oral, spoken); fluency in a second language desirable but not required
