Position Summary
Sunforce Solar is seeking motivated and energetic Appointment Setters to join our growing team. In this role, you will go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods, educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, and schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants.
This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential, making it ideal for self-driven individuals who are comfortable talking to people and enjoy working outdoors.
Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods.
Introduce homeowners to Sunforce Solar's products and services.
Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for Solar Consultants.
Accurately collect customer information and enter appointment details into company systems.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Comfortable with door-to-door sales and prospecting.
Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
Reliable transportation and smartphone required.
Previous sales or canvassing experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation
Commission-only compensation structure.
Earn commissions for each qualified appointment that results in a completed solar consultation and/or sale (compensation details provided during onboarding).
