    Key Responsibilities:

    - Install, maintain, and repair solar electrical components and systems, including panels, inverters, wiring, and other related equipment.
    - Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve any electrical issues or inefficiencies within solar power systems.
    - Collaborate with engineering teams to design and modify solar electrical installations to meet project specifications and safety codes.
    - Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of solar energy systems.
    - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs conducted on solar installations.
    - Provide technical support and guidance to clients and stakeholders, offering solutions to enhance system performance and energy savings.
    - Adhere to and promote workplace safety regulations and guidelines to minimize risks associated with electrical work.
    - Stay informed on the latest industry trends and advancements in solar technology to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications:

    - Proven experience as an electrical technician, preferably with a focus on solar energy systems.
    - Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
    - Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations for solar installations.
    - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    - Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
    - Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical or solar technology are preferred.
    - Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.

    Physical Requirements:

    - Ability to work in various weather conditions.
    - Comfortable with heights and ability to climb ladders or access rooftops as required.
    - Capacity to lift and carry materials and equipment as necessary.
