POSITION DETAILS:

Currently, we are seeking EXPERIENCED Solar Closers to educate potential customers on the benefits of Solar. Our representatives are taught how to generate leads through multiple methods including but not limited to: direct sales, personal referrals, community events and social media.

The position requires helping new sales reps close interested customers that want to learn more about solar for their homes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• • Must have personally closed 25 or more self generated solar installs.
    • Must be able to navigate technology easily.
    • Must be able to build rapport with potential clients.
    • Will attend 1 sales meeting a week, and 2 online one hour meetings.
    • Must be a positive example for new recruits and have leadership potential.

PERKS:

• • $150K+ PLUS income opportunity - With no income cap - Top producers this year have earned $250K and up.
    • Earn 30% from new rep sales commissions
    • Rep commissions range from 3k-12k and our closers earn @30% per sale
    • (Opportunity for Self Gen. at a very aggressive pay scale, but main emphasis is closing deals for new sales reps)

    • SEP team members have access to sell the largest companies in the industry. If a customer wants residential solar we can sell it. All types of rooftops, ground mounts, batteries, no-cost solar, large suit of loans and many other options.
