Solar Energy World is looking to fill the role of Vice President of Sales. The VP is responsible for all aspects of sales and operations including hiring, training, motivating, overseeing scheduling and Installs.

Candidates must show a proven track record that will translate into leading and motivating others. They must have experience selling and closing in the Home, in the Solar Industry. This role will require candidates to be able to identify, recruit, hire, and retain Sales reps. This person will manage his or her team and be responsible to hit an overall top line goal. Please only serious candidates with a proven track record in the Solar Industry apply. We are looking for top candidates that are already in a top earning bracket looking for limitless income and ability to grow.

The entire staff will report to this position (including sales and operations). The Vice President of Sales and Operations will report directly to the CEO.

SALARY: $200,000 - $300,000 + UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS + BONUSES

Minimum of 5 years experience Managing a Residential Solar Team.
