Now Hiring: National Solar Sales Manager
We’re seeking a National Solar Sales Manager to power the nationwide growth of Climate First Bank’s solar lending program by acquiring, converting, and managing relationships with installers across the country. This role blends relationship-driven sales, strategic market expansion, and hands-on business development. You’ll serve as a trusted financing partner, collaborate closely with OneEthos and the CTO , and represent Climate First Bank at industry events—owning the solar sales motion from first conversation to sustained referral volume.
