Icon Power is growing fast—and we're hiring motivated, outgoing people to join our team as
Outside Solar Appointment Setters.

In this role, you won't be closing sales. Instead, you'll be out in neighborhoods starting
conversations with homeowners and scheduling appointments for our Solar Sales
Representatives. If you like being outdoors, meeting new people, and getting rewarded for
effort, this could be a great fit.
If you're coachable, competitive, and willing to put in the work, our hands-on training program
will set you up to succeed quickly.

What You'll Be Doing
● Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods with your team
● Talk with homeowners about solar and spark interest
● Schedule appointments for Solar Sales Representatives
● Help homeowners explore ways to save money on their power bill
● Represent Icon Power with professionalism and positivity

Compensation & Growth
● 1099, commission-only position
● Earn up to $2,000/week , Monday–Friday
● Uncapped Income
○ Average setters earn $60K–$100K/year
○ Top performers earn $150K+
● Hands-on, guided training with experienced setters
● No “sink or swim” — you'll train in the field with mentors and teammates

What We're Looking For
● Strong verbal communication skills
● Positive, high-energy attitude
● Comfortable working on your feet for several hours
● Coachable and willing to learn
● No experience required (sales experience is a plus, not a must)

● Reliable transportation
● Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
