    🎯 The Role

    As a Solar Recruiter, your responsibility is simple: Consistently bring in qualified, coachable talent.

    You will:

    Source candidates for Setters, Closers, and Leadership roles

    Post and manage job listings across platforms

    Run initial screenings and interviews

    Qualify candidates for culture, coachability, and work ethic

    Coordinate onboarding with leadership

    Track recruiting metrics and pipeline

    Follow Housebuildr hiring standards (no shortcuts)

    This role directly impacts revenue and expansion.
