Location: Local Market | In-Person Compensation: Performance-Based | $70,000–$120,000+ Schedule: Full-Time | Set Work Days Experience: Sales, Recruiting, or Team Leadership Preferred

The Role
As a Solar Recruiting & Field Coordinator, your responsibility is to help grow and stabilize the local market team.
You will:
Assist with recruiting setters and entry-level reps
Conduct initial screenings and onboarding support
Help train and deploy new reps in the field
Track attendance, activity, and performance
Support daily execution standards and accountability
Work closely with Market Leadership
This is a hands-on role — part recruiting, part field support, part leadership development.
