Position Summary:

As a Solar Sales Deal Closer, you will attend pre-set, qualified appointments with interested homeowners—your job is to present the proposal, answer questions, and close the deal. Our canvassing and appointment-setting teams do the initial outreach, allowing you to focus on what you do best: closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend scheduled, in-person appointments at homeowners’ properties

Educate customers on solar energy benefits and financial savings

Present proposals and guide homeowners through financing options

Build rapport and trust quickly to increase closing rates

Use CRM tools to track leads, updates, and signed contracts

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff

Qualifications:

Proven track record in closing sales (solar or other high-ticket items)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of solar products and financing options preferred

Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
