🎯 The Role

As a Solar Sales Closer, your job is to: Run qualified appointments, close clean deals, and lead by example.

You will:

Run preset appointments generated by setters

Conduct in-home solar consultations

Present value clearly and ethically

Close homeowners on solar solutions

Submit accurate contracts and paperwork

Work closely with ops to ensure clean installs

Track pipeline and performance metrics

Prior sales experience (solar preferred, not required)

Strong closing mindset

Professional in-home presence
