Job Description
Solar Seal is an architectural glass fabricator servicing projects from storefronts to skyscrapers along the east coast. We are expanding our team to keep up with growth and need a friendly customer service rep who can think on their feet. Our reps handle duties including account management, order entry, and correspondence with customers based in their territory. We offer a one-on-one training period to learn the business and internal systems. There is also a 30, 60, & 90 day review with potential wage increases based on performance and growth in the position.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-2 years inside sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.
MATH ABILITY: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Familiar with geometry shapes, out of square shapes and complex patterns.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be advanced user of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook and basic office machines (copier, printer, and mail machine)
