REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year of telemarketing, solar, or cold calling experience is preferred

• Be self motivated and possess a strong work ethic

• Possess the ability to work under pressure, supervised, and unsupervised

• Ability to cold call / deal with transfers from cold calls 200+ calls a day

• Be confident and well spoken

• Be able to work 40+ hours/week - Mon-Sun 9:00 AM- 5:30 AM. Two mandatory Saturdays/month 10 AM-4PM

• Have basic computer knowledge
