    Position Summary:

    As a Solar Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive growth, optimize sales processes, and increase market share within your region. You’ll work closely with sales teams, marketing, and leadership to translate market insights into actionable strategies that support revenue and customer acquisition goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals

    Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

    Optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes

    Collaborate with marketing on localized campaigns and outreach programs

    Train and support solar sales representatives on effective selling strategies and tools

    Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust plans as needed

    Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction

    Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and networking functions

    Qualifications:

    3+ years of experience in solar sales, energy, or a related field

    Strong knowledge of the solar industry, market dynamics, and financing options

    Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies

    Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

    Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems and analytics tools

    Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
