OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE E-COMMERCE SOLAR INDUSTRY BY STICKING TO OUR CORE CHARACTERISTICS OF BEING FAST, FUN, AND FRIENDLY. WE CATER TO A VARIETY OF CLIENTS FOR GRID TIE AND OFF GRID SOLAR PROJECTS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A STELLAR CUSTOMER ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO JOIN OUR TEAM. A TYPICAL DAY FOR THIS JOB ROLE ENTAILS MULTI-TASKING, PROBLEM SOLVING, BEING A QUICK THINKER, AND “PROVIDING THE BEST SERVICE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS, SO WE CAN PROVIDE THE BEST FOR OUR FAMILIES” ™. WORK PERFORMED BY YOU IS EXPECTED TO HELP SUPPORT THE SALES TEAM AND MANAGE THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF OUR ORDER PROCESSING. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING DUTIES AND TASKS:

     

    PROCESS A SALES ORDERS IN A TIMELY MANNER BY COMPLETING THE FOLLOWING:

    • Complete Fraud Prevention analysis
    • Confirm stock on product(s) with various warehouse locations
    • Communicate with customers via phone and email about various statuses of their order(s)
    • Report unusual activity to supervisors
    • Source and create purchase orders issued to vendors
    • Prepare shipping documents for packages and freight shipments
    • Follow up on pending orders and shipments.

    MANAGE AND HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES RELATED TO:

    • Product Returns
    • Shipment Damages and Damage Claims
    • Product Shortage of deliveries
    • Accept/Inspect/Sign for deliveries
    • Greet and welcome visiting customers and vendors
    • Coordinate with warehouse and engineering team for outgoing shipments and/or packages
    • Answer phone calls related to all customer service related topics and handle the topic at hand with the customer.
    • Scrub incoming Sales Leads for the sales team.
    • Update internal reporting documents on a daily basis
    • Effectively and professionally communicate with vendors/distributors about orders, products, pricelists, shipments, etc.
    • Engage and nurture ongoing positive relationships with customers
    • Effectively communicate with other departments and team members about products, orders, issues, customers.

    • Proficient 10-key and typing accuracy
