JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for processing customer accounts associated with various funding or Utilities. The Customer Service Specialist submits customer information accurately and efficiently to apply for funding or Utilities. The Customer Service Specialist communicates with each funding entity or Utility in order to stay updated on all processes and requirements. The Customer Service Specialist obtains data required for perming and approval of solar system building, approves application requirements, and reports on progress through Solcius and funding entity processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Process accounts from me of customer sign on to me of solar system activation ● Know process for each funding entry ● Report on missing components required for sale, building, and operation approval ● Improve data accuracy and decrease processing me of accounts ● Customer Care 2nd phone back up ● Tech Calls 2nd phone back up QUALIFICATIONS ● Excellent communication skills ● Adaptable to change ● Attention to detail ● Willingness to learn ● Being a proactive employee ● Experience in detecting/solving issues
