What’s In It For You • Work in an energetic, team atmosphere • The best administrative support Responsibilities: • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Qualifications: • State of Michigan real estate license or currently in school to get one. • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Professional in attitude and appearance Compensation: $85,000+ at plan commission
