Responsibilities: • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Database campaign mastery • Utilize CRM's • Set appointments • Close appointments • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • A real estate license required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Must live within the greater Phoenix area • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions
