Some daily duties:

-Performs hand assembly of post-surface mount circuit boards by following detailed written instructions.

-Reads and identifies values, orientation, and polarity of thru-hole components like capacitors, resistors, transistors, and ICs.

-Uses assembly drawings and Bill of Materials to verify part numbers and placement.

-Ensures correct part values and placement according to IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards.

-Uses basic tools and materials such as hot glue, masking, and clipping for final product assembly.
