Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Minimum of 1-3 years of verifiable experience in electronics assembly or a closely related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of soldering techniques and practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly processes
- Proven ability to accurately interpret technical diagrams and schematics
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination and meticulous attention to detail are critical
- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and industry standards
- Extensive experience in the operation of soldering equipment and related tools
- Thorough knowledge and application of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) prevention techniques
- Demonstrated capacity to perform efficiently in a high-pressure manufacturing environment
- Superior organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- IPC-A-610 certification is highly preferred
- Proficient computer skills for accurate data entry and documentation
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to emerging technologies and processes
