Function as Territory Sales Manager to hospital customers and prospects within the assigned geography. Effectively sell Critical Cleanse, technical deep cleaning services in the following departments: OR, ED, L&D, SPD focusing on growing existing business as well as prospecting new business.
Mandatory Pre-Qualifications:
●Ability to be a 1099 Contractor Territory Management:
● Accountable for overall territory management, achievement of sales goals, profitability and account management within the assigned service lines
● Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans by account to increase revenue and secure new business
● Partner with VP of Sales as appropriate to effectively deliver and drive the adoption of our services
Service Sales:
● Effectively target new business through the use of Definitive Healthcare Reporting
● Prospect, qualify, close, develop and cultivate major accounts and product sales
● Present Services to department heads, educate customers the clinical and economic impact
of technical deep cleaning
Relationship Management:
● Prospect and develop multi-level relationships with prospective customers within assigned geography
● Develop relationships with key stakeholders and thought leaders Other:
● Maintain existing business including ensuring accounts remain compliant and incremental business is achieved
● Increase services at existing accounts and expand customer base
● Visit top direct hospital accounts and department heads to establish relationships with all
call points and decision makers
● Provide service feedback to Sales and Operations, including customer feedback on service
enhancements, service and policies through direct feedback as well as trial assessments
and competitive developments
● Resolve customer concerns through accurate and timely investigation, developing solutions,
implementing and executing solutions
● Provide feedback to Sales and Operations for specific recommendations that require input
from key stakeholders
● Increase professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications,
establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
Experience & Education
5 years- Demonstrated sales achievement in medical device/service sales is required Prior Experience with consultative product and service sales is preferred
Examples: Medline, Stryker, Cardinal Health
Existing relationships: Service Line Directors, OR/SPD/ED - ability to cross sale between departments
