Supply Chain Coordinator

Starting Pay is $20 to $25/hour

Who Are We?

Sole Source Medical, now branching out to form Critical Cleanse, focuses on efficient, deep cleaning and inspections of hospital ORs and equipment, without interrupting patient care or hospital flow.  

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall purchasing activities, management and monitoring of inventory, coordinating receiving and shipment of goods and providing general logistics support. We are looking for someone with proven interpersonal skills, a team player with high drive and energy. We are looking for a candidate that is reliable, honest, detail oriented and committed to their work.

Here's What You Need to Have:

• Part Time*, Hourly (*Approx. 25-30 hours per week)

Education:

High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

Requirements:

English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Mathematics – General knowledge of arithmetic and their applications.

Good computer literacy - Proficient in Google Suite.

Must be detail oriented, highly accurate, conscientious and able to work independently, dynamic and possess strong organization skills.

Must be able to handle multi-task/projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of procurement business processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

Purchasing function:

• Responsible for overall purchasing activities for site operation in cost effective

and timely manner Responsible for the entire purchasing cycle from sourcing, PO, expediting, receiving and

closure.

• Update and maintain database on purchases, materials, suppliers and costing

• Coordinate receipt of invoices and delivery notes for approval

Inventory Function:

• Manage, monitor and follow up with all stock level and inventory

• Perform regular stock take and maintain stock records

• Verify inventories taken against system and investigate discrepancies

• Initiate re-order of inventory as required

Pack supply orders as required. Receiving and Shipment function:

• Responsible for fulfilling supply order for national territories

• Coordinate shipment of inventory between territories

• Monitor and filing of all shipment documentation and correspondence

Logistics support:

• Receive and maintain regional records and copies for sales orders

• Communicate with Customer Service and Production as necessary in relation to sales order requirements

and shipments as needed

• Coordinate with freight forwarders on shipments to include shipment paperwork as well as shipment status

• Other duties as assigned

General

• Undergo all formal Training Events as may be Directed from time-to-time

• Observe and Comply with all Sole Source Medical Corporate Policies

• Work within, and ensure adherence to Quality System procedures, work instructions and other Quality

System requirements.

• Work within, and ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment Management System procedures,

instructions and other requirements.
