JOB DESCRIPTION:
Soleira Solar is growing and is in need of new talent in California. We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to bring in a continued stream of top performers with solar sales experience and a high volume of beginners. Key to this role would be a person with a history of closing solar deals, knowledge of the solar industry and a solid network of solar and sales talent.
This role involves everything from seeking out top talent, identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding sales reps. This role will ensure Soleira is consistently bringing in new reps and is critical to ensuring that we keep a solid base of highly qualified reps.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and identify recruitment sources.
Organize and run exciting recruitment events.
Execute college campus recruitment blitzes and other public outreach programs.
Identify and pursue qualified candidates.
Screen and interview qualified candidates.
Schedule and participate in interviews.
Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge to generate referrals and leads on solar sales reps.
Collaborate with the team to update job descriptions, manage posting job ads, and handle postings across job sites and professional/social networks.
Onboard new talent including but not limited to signing agreements, startup training, coordinate background checks and scheduling orientation.
Coordinate and manage candidate communication confirming receipt of applications, rejections, etc.
Provide support and guidance to new reps to retain top talent.
Constant iteration of the Soleira red carpet onboarding experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous networking experience and success.
Solar industry experience preferred but not required
Ability to effectively source candidates and retain new talent.
Sales and recruitment experience in pest control, alarms, roofs and other direct sales will be highly regarded
