    Job Description:

    You will be reporting directly to the CEO, and the Executive Assistant will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters about the Office of the CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the CEO's Management team; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community-oriented. The ideal individual will be able to exercise good judgment in various situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, ensuring accurate data management and high attention to detail in all operational tasks.
    • Excellent written and verbal English skills are crucial for managing communications on behalf of the team lead, Alex, while adeptly creating SOPs, MBRs, and overseeing various messaging platforms.
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles to assist in completing Financial Overviews (FOVs) and supporting financial tasks.
    • Proficient in Google Sheets to compile and analyze data, creating comprehensive reports for Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs).
    • Capable of researching and compiling content for Solen's weekly newsletter. Additionally, proficiency in presentation design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) to create visually engaging presentations for internal and external use.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
    • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles for financial oversight.
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and report generation.
    • Ability to design visually appealing presentations.
    • Strong research and content compilation abilities.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in operations, sales support, or a similar role.
    • Familiarity with managing and designing presentations for various purposes.
