We are looking to hire a top-tier relationship builder and account executive to continue Track Star's advancement as a leader in the fleet management and GPS telematics space.

    Job Mission:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing business and developing their own pipeline through networking, calling, emailing and managing distribution partners. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in creating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. Experience working in industry verticals including police & first responders, utilities, equipment rental, and government (state, county, municipal) is a plus as you will lead discovery calls and educate prospective clients on the benefits of fleet management and GPS telematics.

    Key Responsibilities :
    As an Account Executive at Track Star, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing
    growth strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You
    will be responsible for:

    • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
    • Contact and qualify potential customers
    • Performing product demos and educating prospective clients
    • Track progress towards revenue goals and achieve new client acquisition targets
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for reaching revenue targets
    • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
    • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

    Qualifications:

    • Candidates should have industry experience in fleet management and/or GPS telematics
    • Candidates with limited industry experience require a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience
    • Preference will be given to candidates with a background in law enforcement, municipalities, or energy sector.
    • Experience developing relationships in a professional environment
    • Track record of building your own sales pipeline through your own prospecting efforts

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
