    THE ROLE:             DIGITAL MEDIA SALES EXECUTIVE

    CallThread is Soleo's performance marketing platform that pairs our proprietary call management technology with our expansive pay-per-call network. The net result is a consistent volume of highly qualified inbound leads directed right to our customers. We service national brands and other businesses across a variety of categories. Our goal is to help our advertising partners improve their return on ad spend and generate more sales through quality inbound calls and full-service support from our pay-per-call experts.

     

    As a Digital Media Sales Executive at Soleo, you will be part of a growing sales team exploring new ways to bring our unique SaaS-based call solutions to national brands across a variety of verticals.

     

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Seek new relationships with national brands through targeted high level of prospecting
    • Achieve success by proactively engaging prospects via phone, email, and product presentations
    • Effectively qualify new prospects
    • Look for creative approaches to penetrate target markets
    • Create a sales plan by market or vertical to reach defined sales and revenue objectives
    • Develop a strong knowledge of the pay-per-call industry
    • Cultivate an understanding of the Soleo solution to independently prepare and deliver sales pitches and proposals that illustrate how our products serve the customers unique needs and challenges
    • Facilitate the contract negotiation process with legal counsel
    • Actively close deals and remain engaged with new customers through the on-boarding process
    • Maintain funnel/pipeline levels to achieve sales deliverables and attain quotas
    • Act as liaison between partners and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to our partner’s needs
    • Maintain records of all sales cycle activities and keep track of clients in Hubspot CRM

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5 years of experience selling to national brands and agencies in a field related to performance marketing
    • Proven track history in achieving sales targets, goals, quotas
    • Ability to communicate effectively across various functions and disciplines, including at the executive level
    • Ability to easily grasp technology concepts and solutions
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Experience using CRM tools
    • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and manage tight deadlines
    • Strong desire to succeed and be part of a winning team
