POSITION: Outreach Specialist

REPORTS TO: Vice President, Outreach

Soles4Souls Mission: Soles4Souls (S4S) creates sustainable jobs and provides relief through shoes and clothing around the world.

Job Summary: This is a Work from Anywhere position. The Outreach Specialist is responsible for providing programmatic and technical support for Soles4Souls' relief programs that serve those in crisis, which include 4Relief and 4EveryKid. The Outreach Specialist will be managing a range of duties focused on Program Execution, Partner Relations, and Event Planning.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversees Project Management tools (Wrike/NetSuite/Freshdesk/DocuSign), fielding incoming requests, prioritizing work, and liaising between other departments.

• Providing support to manage and cultivate the growth of Soles4Souls' programs focused on domestic and international relief.

• Collaborating with the Outreach team to implement on-going strategies for partner development for 4Relief and 4EveryKid programming.

• Monitoring partner activity and impact measurement through surveys and partner feedback.

• High Profile Project Management for partners and brands.

• Event Planning and Execution for Soles4Souls' 4Relief/4EveryKid volunteer engagement events.

Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Some Travel required.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

• Strong external and internal relationship management skills.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook and Teams and Wrike.

• NetSuite experience preferred.

• Non-profit background preferred but not required.

• Event planning experience preferred but not required.

• Valid driver's license.

• Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish).

• Active Passport required.

• Manual Dexterity: Use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls.

• Repetitive Motion: Perform repetitive tasks, such as data entry, for extended periods of time.

• Work Environment: Be able to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, and be exposed to varying weather conditions if applicable.
