AS A HEALTHCARE RECRUITER, YOU WILL BE:

· Working alongside your mentor and team

· Selling an HR solution to hospitals and school districts

· Recruiting medical professionals and building a pipeline of qualified candidates

· Following daily metrics that include: cold calling to potential prospects, job posting, and social media

· Meeting sales goals and pursuing new market opportunities

· Building and maintaining client relationships

· Working in a cross-functional role situated across both sales and marketing departments

· Updating and managing all sales activities, opportunities, and clients in our CRM system
