Under Global Operations, our interns will have the opportunity to gain experience with supply-demand management, inventory analysis, order fulfillment, customer management and strategic forecasting. The intern will also work with cross- functional groups such as Business Operations, Marketing, Sales, Product Planning, warehouse, logistics teams and others.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Manage customer demand/supply/order processes to maximize revenue for the new company
Draw meaningful conclusions and develop actionable insights from complex data sets to influence key decisions
Build collaborative relationships with our customers and become their trusted advisor
Become an expert on supply chain tools and processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and optimization
Coordinate global operations across cross-functional groups such as planning, sales, pricing, and logistics to develop business strategies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A driven self-starter with strong interpersonal skills in addition to customer service
Someone who can easily adapt to any type of working environment specifically adapting to customer needs
Critical thinker with a drive for problem-solving to drive valuable insights to make recommendations and sound business decisions
The ability to think on your feet and brainstorm new ideas while keeping up with the fast-paced environment of today’s global supply chain

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.
EDUCATION
The candidate must be pursuing a BS Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Strong written communication & presentation skills
Desire for teamwork across various groups
Excellent organizational and time management skills
6+ months of experience in the following areas:
Data analysis (Microsoft Excel,Tableau)
Microsoft Office
Additional Information Our Intern Program is intended to provide a broad base of understanding across all groups of our Global Operations. This internship is designed to be full time (32-40 hours/week) for the span of 12 months or longer, and we have various start dates throughout the year depending on Region.
