JOB DESCRIPTION

This role will report directly to the Head of ERP and Supply Chain Solutions and is part of the Applications team in the Information Technology organization which will be stood up from the ground as we transition into a standalone entity (parent company is based in South Korea). 

The high-level responsibilities are:

• Administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of all S4 Hana environment.
• Schedule/monitor the installation, upgrades for the various environment
• Coordinate/Lead teams on resolution of incidents.
• Work with various Administrators to monitor and improve the performance of the instances
• Lead/Guide S4 Environment planning based program/roadmap needs.
• Work closely with project teams during build, test and go-lives.
• Be the focal for all S4 related activities in the Change Review Board.
• Provide all aspects of technical support for SAP Basis Administration in proactive and reactive modes, to ensure that SAP systems perform at optimized level to meet or exceed SLAs.
• Analyze daily system health checks across all SAP landscapes and provide various proactive measures to reduce any Audit or security breaches including availability of SAP Applications.
• Setup and ensure that guidelines/policies are followed for the S4 instances.
• Very good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence and drive activities across IT teams.
• Experience utilizing external benchmarking to drive improvements
• Ability to work independently and lead teams (near shore/off shore)

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience on SAP Basis
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study
• Experience of working in large and complex SAP ECC And S4 Hana landscapes.
• Strong trouble shooting, performance analysis skills.
• Experience managing vendor teams.
• Good communication skills.
