    Job Description

    HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

    • Partners with key stakeholders across all teams to develop a data quality strategy and roadmap that aligns with Solidigm’s goals and values
    • Identifies Critical Data Elements (CDEs), develops process for assessing and monitoring quality
    • Defines KPIs for data quality, value delivered, strategic alignment, risk mitigation, and compliance with applicable policies and agreements
    • Leads a team of dedicated professionals focused on improving data quality by enhancing business process, systems, and tools.
    • Lead multiple initiatives and maintain responsibility for project management, analysis, strategy development, implementation, training, and adoption
    • Investigate data issues, perform deep-dive analyses, propose, and implement solutions
    • Perform data analysis using analytical tools
    • Identify new strategies to support accurate data quality
    • Ability to use results of analysis, build executive presentations to persuade team, stakeholders, and senior management to a particular course of action.

    WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

    • Proficiency in Collibra and other data governance and data quality tool-based products and solutions.
    • Possess knowledge and understanding of data governance and data quality concepts and frameworks
    • Implement and enhance the data catalog as a central tool to create data transparency and to automate data governance workflows

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING:

    • Bachelors or master’s degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, Business or other related field
    • 8+ years working experience including at least 5 years of Program Management
    • Strategy definition and execution; demonstrated success leading and delivering cross-functional projects from definition to results
    • Demonstrated ability to drive data quality by executing improvements of people, process, and systems/tools solutions
    • Broad knowledge of business process and drivers
    • Knowledge of data governance, data quality and master data management concepts
    • Strong organizational, influencing without authority and communication skills; high level of critical thinking and analytical skills
    • Understanding of data quality reporting methodologies and capabilities
    • Experience working and communicating with both information technology and strategic business teams
    • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams, matrixed, team-oriented environment
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail

    Additional Information In this role, the Data Quality and Technology Manager will be responsible for defining the strategic data quality vision and leading the development of comprehensive data governance and data quality solutions. The desired candidate will collaborate across various teams (Information Technology, Global Operations, Human Resources, Finance, etc.) to deliver data improvement projects that enable Solidigm to meet its short and long-term business objectives and strategic goals. You will have significant focus on ensuring success of continuous improvement projects to support ongoing data quality and integrity. You should be passionate about working with data, be driven to dive deep, and strive to socialize business impacts to guide the broader organization.
