Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Senior HR Generalist will work under the supervision of the HR Manager and will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR technologies, particularly with ADP.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Assist with new hire orientations and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
Utilize ADP software for various HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee data management.
Generate and analyze reports using ADP to ensure accurate and compliant HR data.
Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolutions when necessary.
Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll using ADP by reviewing employee timesheet and exceptions.
Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend improvements to streamline HR processes.
Collaborate with IT to implement and maintain HR technology solutions.
Ensure HR policies and procedures follow local, state, and federal regulations.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Collaborate with the HR Manager to identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
