We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Senior HR Generalist will work under the supervision of the HR Manager and will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR technologies, particularly with ADP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

• Assist with new hire orientations and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

• Utilize ADP software for various HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee data management.

• Generate and analyze reports using ADP to ensure accurate and compliant HR data.

• Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolutions when necessary.

• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll using ADP by reviewing employee timesheet and exceptions.

• Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend improvements to streamline HR processes.

• Collaborate with IT to implement and maintain HR technology solutions.

• Ensure HR policies and procedures follow local, state, and federal regulations.

• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

• Collaborate with the HR Manager to identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on the full employee life cycle. For at least 5 years – required.
• Proven experience in a corporate environment and interacting with C-Level executives.
• Strong proficiency in ADP software and other HRIS systems.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in leveraging technology for HR processes. ****
