    Job Description

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    In the role of Manager of At Home Operations you will be responsible for the oversight of Sollis Health's concierge House Call program in the LA and Santa Monica areas. We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused team member to provide support, guidance, and operational oversight. You will play an important role in supporting the VP of At Home Operations in streamlining operations, workflows, measuring metrics and managing the operations team.

    Specifically, your duties will include:

    • Oversight of the House Call operations team, ensuring all day-to-day operations are occurring smoothly and KPIs are being met.
    • Optimizing the House Calls SOPs, workflows, and training materials to further support the operations team and ensure an exceptional patient experience Provide supervision, coaching, and evaluations for all House Call team members. Serves as a mentor for team leads/supervisors to encourage and facilitate a positive work culture. 
    • Monitoring market trends, executing decisions on staffing and workflow changes to optimize resources
    • Reviewing all House Call patient feedback forms in conjunction with the Membership team addressing any concerns, celebrating wins, and operationalizing changes were needed.  
    • Working collaboratively with external vendors to ensure services are obtained and streamline processes where needed 
    • Preparing budgets and hiring staff as needed
    • Collaborating with other markets on projects, as requested
    • Performs related duties as required.

    EXPERIENCE We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have: 

    • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree (MHA or MBA) strongly preferred
    • 3-5 years of related healthcare, house calls or concierge experience
    • Previous managerial experience required 
    • Previous experience in operations, customer service, budget management and staffing required 
    • Previous experience working in an home care/house calls, emergency room, urgent care or surgical center strongly preferred 
    • Must have experience using Excel and Google Sheets
    • Knowledge of Salesforce and eClinicalWorks is a strong plus

    • Leadership experience necessary with strong interpersonal skills and high EQ
    • Have outstanding customer service skills and a high level of professionalism
