My Client has changed the landscape by making cryptocurrency accessible to Canadians, with all levels of crypto experience. By breaking down the barriers of complex and confusing crypto transactions, they offer a simple trading interface, learning tools, and 24/7 client support. The platform features enterprise-grade security, cold wallet storage, and easily generated tax-time reports. In less than 3 years, they have become one of the largest, FINTRAC regulated exchanges in Canada. They're also in the process of expanding to Europe and the U.S.

They are searching for a Product Manager to join their team in creating the next generation Cryptocurrency Exchange platform. This Product Manager will work closely with software engineers, QAs and stakeholders and will be responsible for driving day-to-day product development at CoinSmart.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in digital product management
• Direct experience with end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through development to launch
• Track record of leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and make informed product decisions, set success metrics and measure results
• Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems
• Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
• Champion a user-centric mindset from ideation to launch
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit - able to drive innovation and ideation; obtain feedback on proposed new products and services
• Ability to scope initiatives accurately and prioritize work items appropriately and yet capable in working multiple initiatives all at once
