Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent in work experience
• Experience working in a capital equipment R&D and manufacturing environment
• NetSuite (8+years), Oracle, SAP or similar enterprise level ERP system
• Workflow (Suite Flow)
• PowerBI (from Microsoft)
• Experience with Arena or similar PLM software (Agile, TeamCenter…etc.)
• APICS and PMP Certification a plus
• Strong Service orientation - experience supporting a diverse team (Accounting, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering)
• Strong systemic problem-solving experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Korean, Chinese, Japanese a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for maintaining integrity of data for business conducted on NetSuite ERP
• Responsible for all configuration tasks and ongoing administration.
• Provide timely and responsive day to day users NetSuite support issues.
• Translate requests from users into ERP specifications
• Mange third consulting services on ERP related Projects
• Create and customize NetSuite reports as needed
• Test and assist in ERP enhancement implement and deployment, including generating documentation, user procedures and training
• Manage user acceptance tasks, coordinating, scheduling, and testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve data transfer issues between APIs such as Arena, concur, etc
• Write and maintain work instructions and manuals as it pertains to ERP system and procedures
• Coordinate ERP training of personnel and/or conduct training as needed.
• Correspond with NetSuite support for fast resolution of ERP performance and other technical issues
