Job Description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
• 5 or more years of experience programming for electromechanical systems, ideally robotics or capital equipment
• C++, C#, Python
• Demonstrated experience programming for motion control, PID tuning
• Able to translate electrical schematics and CAD models to software requirements
• Experience troubleshooting new and existing systems on the software component level

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to generate programs for embedded software controls and mechatronics hardware
• Integrate and troubleshoot systems software
• Create test scripts using Python and execute testing
• Responsible for testing of new controller components
• Apply cross-functional knowledge for creative solutions to problems
