Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the growth and execution of projects for our location-based experience clients. You will be at the forefront of leading client experiences, developing strong relationships with external partners, and acting as the executive point of contact for all projects. This role is critical in pitching and securing new work, as well as ensuring the successful execution of our design-build or design-assist projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including project directors, production consultants, technical designers, AV engineers, programmers, and on-site supervisors, ensuring projects are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget.
• Act as the primary executive contact for clients, offering strategic guidance from the initial vision to execution, catering to their unique needs and goals.
• Build and maintain a robust collaborative network with external partners, such as technical design firms, AV and lighting designers, integration teams, and fabrication shops, alongside creative directors and designers to enrich our projects with diverse expertise and perspectives.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects as the executive producer, ensuring each phase is marked by strategic vision, innovative problem-solving, and operational efficiency.
• Drive the pitch process, emphasizing our unique approach to combining creative vision with strong delivery capabilities, to secure new and exciting opportunities.
• Promote a culture of excellence and accountability across projects, focusing on profitability, adherence to best practices, and establishing new benchmarks for quality.
• Encourage a culture of innovation and creative exploration, providing the team with the support and resources needed to push boundaries and explore new ideas.
• Demonstrate expertise in the process of scoping, estimating, and executing projects from concept to completion, including managing subcontractors and collaborators, ensuring smooth execution and project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Construction, Project Management, or a related field. Further industry experience may be considered for degree equivalent.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in the fields of exhibits, attractions, or immersive experiences, with a proven track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• An extensive network of industry contacts, showcasing a blend of both creative and technical talents.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of fostering strong connections with clients, partners, and team members.
• A thorough understanding of design-build and design-assist processes, skilled at navigating and managing complex project environments.
• A strategic thinker with a startup mentality, ready to draw on our past successes to steer the company into a future of operational excellence and creative innovation.
