We are looking for a Freelance IT Test Analyst - IT Applications for a top fashion company in Reynoldsburg, Ohio! This individual will support the QA Lead by executing test cases, raising defects, and provide test case creation and defect raising support to business partners participating in User Acceptance testing. The ideal candidate is an experienced QA Analyst who has testing experience in Order Management Systems, e-commerce websites, third party order replenishment tools and transactional emails.Responsibilities:Create, execute test cases and validation procedures established by the QA lead through each sprint cycle and production releaseRaise, document, triage defects uncovered during the sprint for prioritization and mitigationRegularly update the regression test suites following the regression approach led by the test leadPlan, execute production test activities to validate the overall site and checkout flows immediately following a production releaseSetup test inventory/data/order needs in development environmentsParticipate in requirement groomingContribute feedback and QA estimation sizingAssist UAT Business Partner needs/testing during facilitation of final User Acceptance TestingReport overall test prep and execution progress metrics/data to the QA LeadParticipate in activities led by the QA Lead to unlock dependencies and leverage shared test data, systems, services with projects occuring in parallelDrive continuous learning and improvement from the testing perspectiveQualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience2+ years holding a QA Analyst Role with a focus on ecommerce, user experience, website testingExperience in OMS, OrderGroove/Auto Replenishment testing, Checkout, Transactional Emails, e-Commerce projectsExperienced facilitating/supporting UAT, integration, system testing, etcExperienced in third-party applications including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or other test management tools (e.g. ALM, Quality Center, TFS, VSTS)Experienced in setting up and executing test plans supporting integration testing, regression testing, system testing, user acceptance testingHas expertise in mapping test cases to corresponding requirements and building out a requirement matrixExperienced in third-party applications including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or other test management tools (e.g. ALM, Quality Center, TFS, VSTS)Able to take and execute based on QA Lead feedback/guidance providedBachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.Experienced in working with third party vendors and testing third party applicationsPossesses a strong level of attention to detailExperienced in supporting and contributing to test scope identification, test requirements management, test case development, test scheduling, and defect management activitiesExhibits strong written and verbal communication skills with IT and Business audiences.Excels at working in a project environment and on cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.Consistently delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail.Independently develops key deliverables without supervisor oversight If this description matches your background, please apply!The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
