Currently, we are searching an O&M SolMate Advisor based in Houston, TX. working hand-in-hand with our Regional and Global team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage incidents and claims through our helpdesk platform.

• Troubleshoot and identify electronic, communication and mechanical malfunctions.

• Repair and/or replace electronic/communication devices

• Conduct equipment maintenance

• Supervise subcontractors

• Manage warranty claims

• Monitor alarms and events

• Provide assistance to Warehouse and Logistics

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical knowledge about electronics, instrumentation, low voltage.

• Basic network administration. User level experience with Linux.

• Bilingual English/Spanish
