MISSION AND OUTCOMES:
The Technology Rotational Development Program's (TRDP) mission is to identify and cultivate future leaders for Solugen's Enzyme Engineering, Strain Engineering, and Bioprocess Engineering. Over the course of the 18 months, this employee will rotate through all three departments to experience every flavor of bioengineering, matching to a single department at the end of the rotation.
Key Outcomes for this role are:
Contribute to the development of 1 enzyme mutant
Contribute to the development of 1 production strain
Contribute to the development of 1 fermentation or bioseparations process
