IT ERP Business Analyst (Baan V/LN) Santa Ana,CA (100% Remote) Direct Hire Job ID 2023-8617 Solugenix is assisting a client, in their search for a IT ERP Business Analyst (Baan V/LN). This is a Direct Hire opportunity and is 100% remote. The Sr. Business Analyst has excellent Baan V, ERP LN Logistics Support, Implementation & strong techno-functional skills and ability to understand the business processes and map them to Baan ERP. Acts as a liaison with cross-functional business teams oriented towards Logistics and work with all levels of management to implement Multi-site, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Projects & Quality packages of Baan ERP. Map requirements, design, improve, develop, train and deploy common business process solutions within project scope, support tickets and timelines. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. * Experience with Infor BODs, BDEs and/or Web Services development/integration is a major Plus. * Experience of integrations with PLM, CRM, MES, Data warehouses and Time & Attendance is highly desired. * Minimum 8+ years' experience in the Implementations, Integrations, Business analysis & User Support * Participated in at least 3 full scale Baan implementations, with Multi Sites. * Experience with Baan ERP Systems is a must (core software functionality such as Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Projects & Quality). Extensive knowledge of two or more functional areas is a must. Techno-functional capability is a major Plus. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities: * Excellent understanding of all processes that relate to an A&D environment including, but not limited to, functional packages of Enterprise Planning, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Projects, Quality, Multisite. * Expert knowledge in Programming Baan V and Infor ERP LN 10.2 or higher. * Knowledge of Infor ION, BI and Business Vault technologies and ability to create BI Dashboards. * Implementing concepts of Business Intelligence & KPI reporting, is an asset. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Must be able to clearly communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. * Understanding the PMO methodology an asset. * Knowledge and working experience of SOX internal controls is considered a plus. * Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. * Willingness and desire to go the extra mile to accomplish targeted goals. * Successful candidate will challenge the status quo and do what is required to achieve results. Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA: $90,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
